Hello, I’m Michele (they/she), a psychotherapist, counsellor, and mentor

I take an anti-oppressive and intersectional perspective in all the work I do, and my practice is always consent-led, collaborative and non-pathologising. I am queer-friendly and affirming of non-binary, trans and neurodivergent folks.

In my counselling and psychotherapy practice, I support you to explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and their impact. I will help you figure out how to move forward in a way that feels right for you, and leave you with the confidence and ability to support yourself when therapy ends. Whether you’re looking for help around relationship difficulties, exploring your identity, working through trauma, or a combination of these, I hope you find the support and healing you’re looking for.

As a mentor for therapists and counsellors, I can help you to set up a private practice that feels aligned with your values, goals and timescale. With so many things to think about and decide, along with pesky imposter syndrome and competing demands getting in the way, starting a private practice can feel incredibly overwhelming and lonely. As well as a free private practice guide and checklist and hosting coworking sessions, I offer high quality, tailored 1:1 mentoring. Together, we can talk through your goals and ideas, create a tangible action plan, and get your ideal private practice up and running.
